Submittal by Appointment is an update driven by customer feedback and is part of City of Shasta Lake Development Services’ commitment to deliver the best service to our Applicants. Permit applicants will benefit directly from this process.
Due to limited staff and the increased volume of applications, submittals by appointment will ensure they are handled by a staff member familiar with your project or an alternate informed staff member prepared to receive your submittal. This process will ensure staff is able to make time for the submittal and will be available to you.
Submittals include: initial submittals, amendments, subsequent submittals, and consultation. Staff will verify submittals are complete. Incomplete submittals will not be accepted.
Our office has established Submittal by Appointment to facilitate the expeditious processing of all planning applications and maintain efficient time management practices.
