Do I have to pay for the cost of the supplies up front?
Yes, rebates will reimburse you for the eligible costs for paint and supplies.
2.
Will the rebate pay for labor?
No, rebates will pay only for the costs of exterior paint and necessary paint supplies (bruses, rollers, pans, tape, etc.) only.
3.
How do I apply for a Paint Rebate?
You will submit a completed application to Program Staff. Program Staff will notify you within 7 business days of your eligibility. You will receive a letter from Program staff authorizing work to begin. KEEP ALL RECEIPTS and turn in original receipts to Program Staff, you will receive a check of reimbursement for all eligible items, not to exceed the program limits.
4.
Once I have participated in the Paint Rebate Program, can I ever participate again?
Yes, you must wait 12 months from the date of the final rebate check to participate in the program again.
5.
How long do I have to complete the work?
You have 4 months from the time you receive your authorization letter to complete the painting. Extensions are granted on an as need basis.
