John Sullivan Kenny was admitted to the California Bar in 1966.  He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and Hastings College of Law.  He has more than forty years of experience in municipal law, including the positions of County Council for  at the County of Shasta, and City Attorney for a number of north state municipalities, including the City of Shasta Lake.
