Wildfire Preparedness and Insurance Resources

In an effort to reduce risk and impact to homes, businesses and residents in our community, the City of Shasta Lake has made wildfire prevention and education a priority. The City has been awarded approximately $2 Million in Cal Fire grants to conduct fuel reduction projects on both private and public land and produced the 2022 Wildfire Preparedness Guide to provide resources to residents. We understand the need for preparedness when it comes to wildfires and hope the following resources will help our community to be diligent in keeping our City safe and preventing loss.
