Shasta Lake, California - The City of Shasta Lake will be performing street paving work at various locations in Shasta Lake between Monday, June 7 and Friday, June 25, 2021. Work will be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of approximately 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, weather permitting. A map of the work area is attached.
This work, funded by the State of California Housing and Community Development CDBG program, will be completed in three phases over the next several months. Phase 3 – Installation of shoulder backing material and raising of utility access boxes and manholes.
Mail and garbage services should not be disrupted during this time. Residents should anticipate temporary traffic delays and road closures. There will be controlled traffic and detours through the various work areas, and motorists should expect delays of up to 15 minutes. Please drive carefully in the vicinity of this and all work zones.
