How can I express my opinion on an upcoming Public Hearing?: All interested parties are encouraged to attend said hearing or to submit written communication to express their opinion for or against the issue. 1. I want to speak at the City Council Meeting. What do I do?: Anyone wishing to address an item on the agenda is requested to complete a "Request to Speak" form, located at the entrance to the Council Chambers and submit it to the City Clerk. When the Mayor calls your name, please step up to the podium and state your name and city of residence.
